Staff selection commission is an organization under the control of Government of India to recruit staff for various post under Ministries and Department of Government of India. SSC has announced recruitment for the post of various post. The required qualification for the post is12^th /Diploma (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil ). Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the post before 26^th December 2020.

POSITIONS : Lower divisional Clerk/Junior Secretariat Assistant, Postal/Sorting Assistant, Data Entry Operator 

Age Limit: Minimum age limit for the post is 18 years and maximum is  27 years as on 01/01/2021. For more details and age relaxation notification link is given below, refer it.

 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :

 

1.  For LDC/ JSA, PA/ SA, DEO (except DEOs in C&AG): 12^th from a recognized Board or University is required.

2. For Data Entry Operator (DEO Grade ‘A’) in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG): 12th with diploma in required  field (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil)

SALARY : Pay scale offers by SSC is differ as per the post

 

1. Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): Pay Level-2 (Rs. 19,900-63,200).

2. Postal Assistant (PA)/Sorting Assistant (SA): Pay Level-4(Rs. 25,500-81,100)

3. Data Entry Operator (DEO): Pay Level-4(Rs. 25,500-81,100) and Level-5(Rs. 29,200-92,300).

4. Data Entry Operator, Grade ‘A’: Pay Level-4(Rs. 25,500-81,100)

 

SELECTION PROCESS: Selection of candidates would be based on the marks obtained in three different examinations. Candidates who passed Tier 1 are Tier 2, and those who passed both Tier 1 and Tier 2 by meeting required eligibility criteria can apply for Tier 3.

 

Tier 1: Objective Type(Computer Based Mode, 200 Marks, Duration - 01 Hours)

Tier 2: Descriptive Type (100 Marks, Duration - 01 Hours)

Tier 3: Skill Test/Typing Test
