Ø For Officer Scale - III (Senior Manager)
- Minimum age limit is above 21 years & maximum is 40 years
Ø For Officer Scale- II (Manager) - Minimum is above 21

- Minimum is 18 years & max is 30 years
Ø For Office Assistant (Multipurpose) – Age limit is
between 18 years to 28 years

Educational Qualification(As on 4th July 2019):
1. Office
Assistant (Multipurpose):
(1) Degree
in any discipline with proficiency in local as per participating state.
(3) Knowledge of computer is essential
2. Officer Scale-I:
(1) Degree
in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science,
Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation,
Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy;
(2) Proficiency in local language with knowledge of computer
3. Officer Scale-II (General Banking
Officer):
(1)
Bachelor’s Degree with min 50% having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing,
Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry,
Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural
Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics
and Accountancy.
(2) Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
4. Officer Scale-II
(Information Technology Officer):
(1) Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Communication
/ Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of
50% marks in aggregate. Also 1 year of experience in relevant field.
(2) Requirement : Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc.
5. Officer
Scale-II (Chartered Accountant):
(1)
Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
(2) One Year Experience as a Chartered Accountant is required.
6. Officer Scale-II (Law Officer):
(1) Degree
minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
(2) Two years as an advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Banks or
Financial Institutions for a period not less than two years.
7. Officer Scale-II (Treasury
Manager):
(1)
Certified Associate or MBA from Institute of recognized university/institution
in India.
(2) Required one Year Experience in the relevant field.
8. Officer Scale-II (Marketing
Officer): MBA in Marketing from a recognized
university with requirement of one Year Experience in the relevant field.
10. Officer
Scale-II (Agricultural Officer):
(1) Degree
in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/
Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture from a
recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in
aggregate.
(2) Two Years Experience in the relevant field.
11. Officer Scale-III:
(1)
Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a
minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates
having Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture,
Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural
Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information
Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
(2) Minimum 5 years experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial
Institutions.

SELECTION PROCESS : Selection
of the candidates would be based on RRBs Common Written Examination (CWE)
(Online Exam) and Interview. Candidates who have been shortlisted are called
for an Interview,
