Educational Qualification & ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1.   Degree  in CS/IT or related field

2.   Knowledge of languages like SQL, Perl, Python, XML or Ruby

3.   Min 3+ years experience in development/technical support experience also experience in scripting (bash, python, ruby and/or similar)

4.   Ability to write code in C, C++ or Java

5.   Strong problem solving skills with great attention to detail and solve them.

JOB DISCRIPTION :

Primary responsibilities will include Finding an issue, diagnosing it and fixing production software issues, developing monitoring solutions, performing software maintenance and configuration, implementing the fix for internally developed code (Perl, Ruby, Java), performing SQL queries, updating, tracking and resolving technical challenges. Responsibilities also include working alongside development on Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects, updating/enhancing our current software, automation of support processes and documentation of our systems.

 

Required skill

 

1.  Experience working with relational databases, distributed computing technologies, AWS, Linux

2.    Debugging and troubleshooting skills, support and resolve customer issue

3.    Other desired technical skills include Perl, Ruby, Oracle SQL

4.    Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues

5.    Experience in work with 24/7 production environment.
