Eligibility Criteria for KPCL Recruitment (2017):
Educational Qualification:
For Assistant Engineer : Candidates should have passed a Degree or an equivalent qualification in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation Technology Engineering from a recognized university.
For Junior Engineer: Candidates should have passed a three-year Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
For Chemist : Candidates should have passed Master’s Degree in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry from a recognized university.
For Chemical Supervisor: Candidates should have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects from a recognized university.
Age Limit (as on 18-08-2017): Minimum 18 years and Maximum 35 years
Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of Written Examination and Kannada Language Test.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay fee through any Post Office branch which is computerised, in the state of Karnataka.
General Candidates: Rs. 500
SC/ST Candidates: Rs. 250
PWD and Ex-Servicemen: Rs. 50
