Job Description:
You will be part of Electrification Products division which manufactures low-voltage & medium circuit breakers, switches, control products, wiring accessories, enclosures and cable systems to protect people, installations, electronic equipment from electrical overload & KNX systems that integrate and automate a building’s electrical installations, ventilation systems, and security and data communication networks. This division provides low voltage solutions to connect, protect, control and measure a wide range of electrical installations, enclosures, switchboards, electronics and electromechanical devices thus improving the reliability and efficiency of its customers’ activities across all major industries including the residential sector.
Tasks:
- Knowledge of Auto cad and Solid works
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of the Standards used for designing the switchgear
- Idea of replication / reverse engineering
- Understanding of Mechanical interlocks.
- Designing of Switchgear cubicles (Sheet metal, Fabrication & machining, Bus bar jumper)
- Develop a new standard solution for MV circuit breaker & Relay retrofit.
- Awareness of product costing data
- Expertise in Medium Voltage (3.6kv to 36kv) switchgear panel customizing & panel designing as per customer requirement.
- Knowledge of Switch Gear Assembly etc.
- Able to produce Final drawings, GTP, BOM etc. and arrange the drawing approval.
- Strong communication & cross functional skills
- Busbar Arrangements & Calculation, Drawings for Sheet metal components, Current transformers compartments.
- Design LT compartment drawings & assembly Drawings, Racking Mechanism for Breaker.
